The children in Cherry Class have been busy writing letters and posting them to Santa. This morning we had a visit from a postman called Tony. He talked about his job and how busy he is this time of year delivering letters and parcels to over 600 houses ! The children had opportunities to ask him lots of questions. Some of their questions included what time he got up in the morning (5am), how he carries all the letters (in a sack or in a trolley) and why postmen always wear shorts even when it’s winter!
