Our Tinkering project this term was ‘Bridging the Gap’. The children had to work together to design and build a bridge for a fire engine to cross a river. They worked in teams, deciding what materials they needed and building the bridges using junk modelling from class. We had some fantastic creations and all of the bridges passed the test!
