Seedlings Class really enjoyed Maths Day today. Not only did they have to opportunity to dress up and play lots of number games including our favourite subitising game. But they also got to explore the whole school which was very exciting. As usual they did the grown ups proud following instructions and moving around the school safely and carefully. They were really engaged in the different games although their favourite was the bowling! it was lovely to see the different age groups working together especially Holly class organising and teaching quite a tricky game to such young children. Collaborative learning really is the best way for children to learn and we are hoping to build on this by inviting children over more to help us learn.
