To introduce our new ‘Talk for Writing’ book of Rosie’s walk we went on a trip to Windmill Hill City Farm which offered so many wonderful new learning experiences. The children had a fantastic day, watch the video to see the wide variety of activities they undertook.  The following day the children came to school dressed as farm animals and had their faces painted, they have also been making masks, using props to act out the story and creating their own Rosie’s Walk booklets.
