Today we had lots of fun playing maths games with our friends from across the school. We used some of the maths skills that we have been learning this year to devise our own game to share with other classes. Throughout the morning, children from Year 2, Reception, Nursery, and Blossoms visited Holly Class and we took turns to be the experts and explain the rules and help total the scores. We also had a turn visiting other classes and playing the maths games that they had designed. We loved all of the different games and can’t wait to play them again in the future.

As well as playing our class games, we also brought in board games to share with our friends. Again, we had to be experts and teach our friends how to play. Thank you to everyone who brought in a game to share with their friends. It was great to have so many different games with so many different maths skills to practice.
