At the start of each lesson or when introducing new learning, teachers talk about what the children will be. The Elli characters are used to discuss the characteristics needed. Even at a young age, it is important for children to see purpose and get introduced to role-models and future careers. Please look at the document below to see the posters that we use with the children everyday. Talk to your children about them and people they might know that might have to be mathematicians or writers or engineers in their everyday lives and jobs.
