It has been a busy few weeks in Sycamore, getting ready for Christmas!
The children did a fantastic job being Kings in our Nativity- have a look at the YouTube video if you’ve not seen it already, it’s amazing!

We also enjoyed our Christmas dinner and our party which involved lots of dancing and some games- Pass the Parcel always being a favourite!

As well as making Christmas cards and calendars for the New Year, which the children have hopefully shared with you at home now, they also had a go at sewing a bauble made of felt. They had to cut the shape, attach decorations and then sewing the hanging loop to the top of their bauble. Even though it was tricky they all tried so hard and didn’t give up!

We ended the term with ‘Dress like an Elf Day’ and we all had fun doing our end of term quiz with a few Christmas bonus rounds to gain some extra points.
