The children in Blossoms have had a wonderful start to the year. This term we have been learning about all things space using the book ‘Whatever Next’ to support our learning. We have been using different tools and resources to build rockets and have thought about objects we would take to the moon. The children have been developing their attention and listening skills with learning taught through Bucket Time. We have been learning in lots of creative ways including maths and English sensory based activities. The children have enjoyed the re-telling of our books through sensory stories which they love to listen to and engage with. We enjoyed an exciting Tinkering Tuesday where the children worked as budding engineers and thought carefully about how to build the best and fastest rockets. The children have enjoyed lots of music-based learning opportunities including ‘Squiggle Whilst We Wiggle’ and our ‘Charanga’ music programme.

We are so proud of everything the children in Blossoms have achieved this term and look forward to watching them thrive in different activities in Term 4.
