Today we welcomed parents in for Tinkering Tuesday! Children worked in small groups to use materials to build an enclosure for the animal of their choosing. Children built fine motor skills, and planning and design skills. They thought about size, while choosing how large/small their enclosure needed to be to support their chosen animal. We all enjoyed this fun STEM challenge, and thank you to those parents who were able to assist!
