Our new non-fiction book this term is ‘Tadpole to Frog’ and we are very lucky to have some visitors in Apple Class relating to this book which are tadpoles! This week the children have been learning all about the lifecycle of a frog and frog facts, they have drawn the frog lifecycle in sequence and wrote about it too.
Each day the children have been excitedly checking the tank to see if the tadpoles have changed at all, so far they have just grown a little larger. We have been impressed with how well the children have been looking after them; they have been checking the temperature of the water to ensure it is not too warm or cold and feeding them regularly. We are wondering if there will be any Changes next week!
